this invention? genius. absolutely genius.
now, i'm a big fan of corn on the cob, or, as one guy i once knew called it, COC. COC is one of my favorite things. firm, juicy, sweet, you just can't go wrong. every type of COC is good COC - little COC, big COC, with husks, without husks. there is just no wrong way to enjoy COC.
this invention is genius because it helps one enjoy COC in a hassle free, no mess way. this is great for, say, a first date. i generally boycott COC on a first date (that and sushi). i mean, it's messy, the little strands get caught in your teeth, juices drip down your chin and can be oh so unflattering. plus the noises that are made while enjoying COC can be really unattractive. if i had this little contraption, i'd enjoy COC on a first date much more.
so, to the inventors of this little gem, thank you. all the women (and men) who enjoy COC will also certainly thank you. of course, once i'm comfortable around someone, i enjoy COC just as it is, mess, strands and all. but this is a brilliant answer for when i want to be a lady and still enjoy COC. two thumbs up.
