Appetizer
What is your favorite beverage?
honest to god, it's ice cold water from a glass. not plastic, not ceramic, not metal. glass. super cold, like hurt your throat cold. yes.
i'm also a big fan of coffee. and teas. basically, anything that makes you pee more than usual. i'm picky about my teas - different teas require different additives - most teas get no additives.
i like my coffee organic and fair trade, like most civilized people. but - i also only go for shade grown, because this means land was not cleared and wildlife habitat was not lost to grow my cocaine...er, i mean, coffee. i love kicking horse coffee myself.
Soup
Name 3 things that are on your computer desk at home or work.
ha. seriously? three? oh god, how about 3 bazillion. home i don't really have a desk, it's more my lap or my little sewing machine table. but at work, oh god...it's a disaster. it's my organized chaos. it gives my boss and probably my coworkers mild strokes every time they come into my office. i'll say:
1. post it notes. everywhere. little notes, reminders, stuck all over the place.
2. dishes. coffee mugs (though someone nicked my favorite brown pottery mug, damn it), smoothie cups, glasses of water, my water jug (glass, of course). spoons. many many spoons.
3. file folders. you'd think i was organized by all these file folders. but really, they're just piles of file folders.
Salad
On a scale of 1-10 (with 10 being highest), how honest do you think you are?
hmmm...i'd have to say about a 8.2. i mean, yeah, i lie a little. "that wasn't me!" or "no really, that was really good." but where it's important, i'm fairly truthful. i'll hold back before i'll lie. but when i do lie - i'm pretty good at it.
Main Course
If you could change the name of one city in the world, what would you rename it and why?
i'd like to say the town i grew up in, because it has the same name as a bad but popular TV show and i got shit for it all the time. but that would be giving away too much personal information.
hmmm....perhaps i'd say houston, bc. why? i think it's obvious. back in the day when i actually had some sort of reason to go towards houston, and i'd say "oh, i'm going to houston" and people would say "TEXAS?" and i'd sigh and say "no, dumbass, houston BC." and they'd say "where the fuck is that?". i'd change it to "crappy chinese food, BC". much better.
