thank goodness, finally a real article on the costs of ethanol as a biofuel.
***start rant***cattle ranchers in BC and canada can't afford to feed their cows with the rising cost of feed (thanks to ethanol) and mexicans may not be able to afford the staple they rely on (tortillas). the idea of a renewable biofuel is awesome - but it's just a bandaid for the problem. stop selling fucking hummers to every small-penised investment banker and CARPOOL, people.***end of rant***
