BC's wild salmon are crashing, and they're proposing to put a marina right smack dab in the opening of one of the largest and most productive runs in the world. government doesn't have the "time or resources" to deal with it. they'd rather make the tax bucks off of the development. booooooooooooooooooooo. once again, the non profits have to do the work government should be doing.
